I’m David Fleming, an independent Zinzino partner based in Perth, Scotland.
My aim is to help people take a more informed approach to their health and nutrition through test-based nutritional insights.

HOW DOES ZINZINO TESTING WORK?
Stop guessing. Start measuring.
Zinzino’s BalanceTest is a simple at-home finger-prick blood test designed to provide insight into your individual fatty acid profile.
A few drops of blood are collected on a special test card and sent to an independent laboratory for analysis.
The test measures 11 fatty acids, including Omega-3 and Omega-6, helping you understand your personal fatty acid balance.
Your results are presented in an easy-to-understand online report, giving you a starting point to make more informed nutritional choices.
Your testing journey
1. Take your test
Collect a small blood sample at home using the supplied test kit.
2. Laboratory analysis
Your sample is analysed by an independent laboratory.
3. Understand your results
Access your personal report and discover your fatty acid profile.
4. Measure again
A follow-up test after approximately 120 days can help you see how your fatty acid profile has changed.
